KILL is a command-line process killer utility for OS/2 Warp (and possibly 2.1x). It includes support for Holger Veit's xf86sup.sys, which (when used in conjunction with OS/2 Warp FixPak 17 (or later?)) implements a "HARD KILL" method.

Kill a process given it's PID. OS/2 1.2 comes with a program called PSTAT that lists all active processes with their IDs, and more. You can use that PID will this KILL utility.

16-bit version of killem.exe. Kills running processes by name. This version does not kill by PID and will not be further enhanced. It is just meant as a way to kill processes under 1.x if you got used to killem in 2.0.

Kill/2, File deletion/listing/touching utility for MS-DOS and OS/2 (16-bit bound executable). Can kill files by age, leave only x number of files in adirectory, etc. Allows excluding some files from consideration.

This XF86SUP driver has a new IOCTL function built in which can kill arbitrary processes, even if other "kill" programs, including watchcat consider them as "unkillable". Source included.

Delete directory and all files. KILLDIR will "kill" a directory and all its files, but not a directory that contains another directory or a directory containing system, hidden, or read-only files.

Kills running processes in OS/2 2.0. Kill by name or pid. If by name, all instances of that process will be killed. Incl src. This vsn has no changes but PROCSTAT.H is updated to conform to a doc that IBM is now distributing.

KILLFLDR.EXE is a utility which closes all open folders on the OS/2 Desktop (including filesystem and shadowed folders) without affecting running programs.

Kills processes by name or PID under OS/2 2.0. New version allows killing by PID. Uses the undocumented DosQProcStatus API. Contains source code.
